The Medicine Moon Initiative has developed comprehensive strategic planning documents by conducting planning sessions with key stakeholders from the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe, Spirit Lake Tribe, Three Affiliated Tribes and the Turtle Mountain Band of Chippewa Indians in the summer of 2004.

Additionally, the evaluation staff has developed a logic model to describe the local cultural evaluations that are being developed for the child welfare agencies of each tribe.
